Texas Ale Project
Texas Ale Project
Texas Ale Project is the first brewery to be built from the ground up in the city of Dallas since the late 1800's. The inside of the brewery is massive. When you enter the building, there is a small room to the right. This "T.A.P. Room" consists of a small bar where they serve their four core beers as well as seasonal rotating drafts. The outdoor "beer garden" is spacious and great for a summer hang out with friends as it offers corn hole and jumbo jenga. This brewery had an excellent lineup of beers! We listed a few of our favorites with descriptions below.
Somethin Shady-Porter - An unusually drinkable porter with subtle notes of coffee and chocolate. This ale is a sublime blend of premium roasted malts, delectable enough to drink year round.
Payne Pils-Pilsner - This Zwickelbier is brewed in a traditional manner with Czech Saaz hops and Pilsen malt. Smooth and exceptionally drinkable
Fire Ant Funeral-Amber - A traditional amber ale complexity built from a careful selection of 7 different malts. American grown hops harmoniously round out the wonderfully rich malts.
100 Million Angels Singing-Double IPA - This double IPA is double dry-hopped with copious amounts of some of Texas Ale Project's favorite American grown hops.
