Four Corners Brewery

Four Corners Brewery

Our tour de' breweries started at Four Corners Brewing Co. This brewery was founded by 3 friends who enjoyed beer so much that they started brewing in their garage. A few of their home brewed recipes have served as the basis for some of their most popular beers to this day. The brewery is right over the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge in the Trinity Groves area. The place offers a laid back atmosphere with plenty of seating inside or on the patio. You can choose from 4 beer flights for $7 or 6 beer flights at $10. How can you not go for a flight at those prices?!

We spoke to the local brew master, Tony, and he noted that they are known for their local buzz (left), and that it is a must try. His recommendation was well received. This beer is brewed with locally sourced honey and rye malt. The “buzz” is refreshingly crisp with a sweet floral aroma. Rye malt adds a clean, spicy finish. A few other favorites are listed below.
Super Bee-De Saison - A freestyle Saison using locally sourced honey, Belgian yeast, rye malt, and dry hopping. It boasts lots of citrus and spice.
El Chingon-IPA - Brewed with a variety of bold American hops balanced with Munich malt. It is then dry hopped for an intense fresh hop aroma.

  1. Interesting! Beer brewed with Honey - have never tried that before. Wondering if I can this brewery products in big retail supermarkets such as Krogers, Central Market or Walmart?

  3. The tour comes with free samples! It is a must see for any poor college student who has spent their life savings on an expensive dallas private school.
