Community Beer Co.
When we walked into Community Beer Co. we could tell immediately that this place had it all!! The first thing you will notice is its impressive size. The brewery is an open warehouse that offers a casual environment. It offers an impressive variety of craft beers with a rotating seasonal selection. It also offers live music, two massive projectors, jumbo jenga and more corn hole than the state of Nebraska could handle. It feels like one big warehouse party. It's a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon with a large group of friends. Community does not offer food in house, but it does rotate food trucks in the back of the venue. This was an added bonus as it gave us something to soak up all the beer. This weeks food truck offered excellent pulled pork tacos!
This facility is dog and kid friendly, so it's a great place for families, and apparently, the coolest of dogs hang out at Community. The guy pictured here received a lot of attention that day, and he soaked up every bit of it. Since the facility is all indoors, it offers a great place to take your kids and dogs year round!
For only $17, you get a Community labeled glass (that you get to take home) and 3 drink tokens. You can use these tokens for any three beers of your liking. We chose a wide variety of beers between us as we all have different tastes. A few of our favorites were the oaked Mosaic IPA (aged on oak spirals), the Belgian-style Quad (10.7%ABV), the Witbier (Belgian white ale), and the non-oaked Mosaic IPA (el classico). All beers were great as was the whole experience.
